Awesome bike and OUTSTANDING customer service!

Bought the Casino for my son who absolutely loves it. It way exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and workmanship of all the parts and components. It is a much better quality bike than the awesomely low price that they sell these for. Really is a fantastic product at an affordable price.

To make things even better, when our bike arrived on of the axles had protruded through the box by the shippers and mangled the front axle threads. Emailed the guys at Stolen customer service trying to see about getting a replacement axle at the cost of the Shippers (it was definitely not Stolen's fault). The top notch customer service rep went ached and drop shipped me one FOR FREE!!!! (they even threw in some cool stickers that my son was pumped about) Can't get any better customer support than that...truly outstanding!!!

Trade in MTB for BMX

I come from a BMX to MTB to ROAD background. I wasn’t super great at off road on the road I was a UCI yellow jersey pro winner vs all the dopers. Got fired long story. Since road cycling is corrupt, I have switched to winning external love doesn’t matter riding and cutting MTB style trails with a BMX. I’m 43 this year and I’m still loving riding. I have a stolen BMX and it’s great better than my old redline. I hope they make me some duel disc brakes and shifting on a 20” because mud and snow jam my brakes and I need some off road tires. But it’s an absolute blast. I can’t stand 29” MTB too high up, I like being low and quick. No need for riding more than a few mile loops to get a great workout. Take wife and dogs. Super excited about getting her a stolen BMX next the Casino.

So far, so good!

Ordered this for my 13 year old (nearly 6’ tall) who wants to have a better bike to try tricks with. He recently bent the tire on a Walmart bike he’s had for several years. He fell in love with the cotton candy casino bike. I was hesitant to spend the money or get him one so boldly colored. But it looks so sharp in person! He opened it this morning, assembled it hisself and has been riding it all day (we had a late Christmas). Couldn’t be happier.
